      This was soooo delicious! My husband and I had two helpings each. I did have to make a few minor adjustments. I didn't have any sherry on hand so I used orange juice instead (I read you can use orange or pineapple juice as substitute), Also I used a little more soya sauce and sesame oil to marinade the chicken as it wasn't enough. I used limes instead of lemons (I live in India and lemons are very hard to find), and I added about another tbsp of honey. I marinated the chicken for about 5 hours. It was so delicious and the orange juice gave it a little prickle on the tongue. I will definitely be making this and recommending this to my family and friends!!
