This is quite good but I would like more ginger flavour so I will make this again using at least double the amount of ginger! (I let it sit 4 hours). Made for Comfort Cafe - Snow Queens Round 01/10.

This was fantastic and made me feel better straight away! Delicious on it's own or added to a cup of weak black or green tea.

This is a great hot drink Sharon. So flavourful, I love the extra heat from the ginger. I think this is a feel good drink, because it tastes like summer and sunshine to me, even if it is mid winter.(cold & snowy) It was quick and very easy to make. I can see lots of uses for this lovely mix...thanks so much for sharing.

I made up a 1/3 batch of this recipe but used all the ginger (LOVE ginger). This is a lovely, hot beverage, and I like it even better stirred into a cup of tea. I can't say that this will help you get over a cold (don't have one), but if it can do that too, it's a recipe that deserves to be in everyone's pantry. Thanks Sharon.
