A copycat recipe from Jamba Juice.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup low-fat eggnog
  • 1 cup low-fat frozen yogurt (we like TCBY's vanilla frozen yogurt)
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you wish, you can sprinkle the dash of nutmeg to the top of the smoothie instead of blending it in with the other ingredients.

Loved not only the flavor, but how easy this was to make. I couldn't find TCBY frozen yogurt, so used Haagen Dazs. Wonderful smoothie and a real treat!
