• 1 1⁄4 ounces Malibu rum
• 6 ounces pineapple juice
• 2 dashes 7-up

directions

1. Pour everything on ice, Stir enjoy.

I've also heard this drink with these ingredients called Cactus Juice, Malibu Jack, Caribbean Jack, and Cactus Jack at different bars. I've personally always called it Cactus Juice, at one of my favorite cocktails

The real version is actually Absolute Citron, Malibu, Midori, Pineapple, Sour and 7. I know because it was a drink I made working at Cheetah in Sarasota

This is a very good drink I don't like coconut but you really can't taste it in Malibu rum. The ingredients blend really well together. It's a refreshing drink. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Made for PAC spring '08

I bought a bottle of Midori melon liqueur last year and was not overly fond of it. I'm so glad I found this recipe this is a great drink. Now I don't have to throw out my bottle of Midori melon liqueur. I'll be making this again. I adopted this chef for the *Spring PAC 2008* game
