  1. Boil/steam both types of potatoes until tender; drain and plunge into ice cold water. Drain again.
  2. Place cooked cooled potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Add the turkey, celery, green onions, green pepper and toss.
  4. Stir together the mustard and mayonniase; pour over salad mixture in bowl.
  5. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper.
  6. Gently stir everything well.
  7. Chill before serving.
