"This is another idea from McCormicks. Another use for left over Turkey that's different and good. Doesn't have to be for just " The Holidays", but any time you have turkey."

  1. This is really good, easy, and everything is on hand the day after thanksgiving. I was so excited to make this- it was actually fun to cook. I whisked all the wet ingredients together, it helped break up the flour a create a smooth sauce. I did have to add a touch more water. This is a good weeknight dinner.

  2. I was able to make this a couple of times with my leftover turkey. DH really likes it, especially since it's not a casserole! :) I served it over mashed potatoes. Will certainly use this again in the future.

I'm 65 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. My first meal was Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. My mother talked me through everything. She hated to cook. I'm completely the opposite, I love to cook and try different things. been married for 42 years and have 3 kids. Two girls and a boy, four grandchildren that I spoil rotten. Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
