Wow!!! You are a genius! This was absolutely fantastic!!! So fast and simple, yet so delicious! My wife thought that leftover spaghetti could not taste good, even less fried. I had tried several leftover spaghetti recipes before without much success, but wanted to try again, because I hate throwing away food. Yours is the ticket!!!   1. In a frying pan, Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
  2. put spaghetti and sauce in pan; Fry, as if you were making hashbrowns, the bottom will get brown, and then flip.
  3. If you need to add more butter or margarine, go ahead and add it at any time. And it really doesn't matter how much Spaghetti and sauce you have leftover.
  4. Do not use oil in this recipe, it will not taste the same.
