I know it sounds weird, but hey, give it a go! I had all these items on my counter one morning, they were ripe and needed to be used, and I needed breakfeast. It turned out so delicious, that I make a regular staple in our home. I also serve it on top of baby greens for a great dinner salad.

  1. cut all the ingredients into small chunks and toss into a bowl.
  2. Add a very small pinch of salt (it gets all the juices flowing).
  3. The orange creates a nice mild"juice".
  4. Top with sprinled fresh cracked pepper.
  5. Enjoy!

This is a perfect blend of flavors. The tartness of the oranges, grapes and strawberries was really enhanced by the creamy avocado. Salt and pepper on the fruit really bring out the flavors. Perfect way to start the day.

What an inspired salad, Nat Da Brat. It's not strawberry season here right now so I used an apple and loved it. It's amazing what the orange and avocado create when combined; awesome. Don't skip the pepper- it really added to the salad. Did I mention how attractive this is?
