  1. Rice the potatoes.
  2. Add all but flour and mix well.
  3. Cool to room temp and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Next day add flour and make into balls.
  5. Refrigerate and take as needed.
  6. Set grill at 500.
  7. Roll out and grill on both sides.
  8. Cool and freeze.
