- Rice the potatoes.
- Add all but flour and mix well.
- Cool to room temp and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day add flour and make into balls.
- Refrigerate and take as needed.
- Set grill at 500.
- Roll out and grill on both sides.
- Cool and freeze.
