Nutty goodness in every bite, these are sure to please! Great with syrup or fruit over the top. Kids request these often on the weekends.

These were nice pancakes & I love the fact that their fiull of protein. I used almonds & cinnamon cashews for the nuts & Buttermilk Substitute for the buttermilk, served with recipe #331578 for a tasty brekky!

Finally...A pancake that is healthy and good for you, and tastes fantastic, too!! We loved these so much! They are nutty and slightly sweet, yet not heavy at all. I made this recipe exactly as written and was able to get 12 pancakes. I served these with Calee's recipe #150762 as well as butter pecan syrup. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper!! *Made for PAC Spring '08*

Awesome pancakes. Loved the flavor combination. Turned out very light and fluffy and full of flavor. I'll be making these often. Thanks

Excellent! I used Splenda instead of sugar and also left a few of the nuts and sunflower seeds whole to add crunch. The pancakes were light and were delicious. My DH said to be sure and keep this recipe. Very easy to make and a definite keeper!

Well, when the kids keep grabbing more off the serving plate, I know they're good! I used all w.w. pastry flour and the vinegar/milk combo for buttermilk. Added 1 tsp vanilla. It was so easy to make in the blender. I am looking for more protein recipes for the morning that aren't egg based (I have an egg hater). This fits the bill. I used under 1/4 C to make about 24 pancakes. Leftovers! Oh, the texture is a bit different, but I can't describe it. Not crunchy or lumpy though. Thanks, Calee.

I made these this morning and it was my first time making pancakes without a box mix. They were excellent and I will probably never use a box mix again. The only change I made was walnuts instead of pecans because of what I had on hand. They cooked nice and brown, and YUM-YUM-YUM!

I loved the addition of nuts in these pancakes. I don't have a food processor only a blender and I find it a pain to process nuts in the blender but this pain was so worth it. Lovely.

The food processor did help speed up the prep in these pancakes. They cooked up beautifully in my pan, too. The whole family enjoyed (even my daughter who is suspicious of anything "whole grain." They are equally good with syrup or spread with strawberry jam/powdered sugar. They are my favorite mixed grain pancakes I've made! Thanks for posting, Calee. Roxygirl
