- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 bunch watercress, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon instant bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon butter
directions
- Boil leek in plenty of water for 10 minute.
- Add watercress and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Add the stock cube.
- Liquidise.
- Add the butter.
- Stir to thicken.
