"This in an incredible spice blend used in Lebanese cooking. It is great as a rub for meats and poultry."

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon allspice
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon clove
• 1 tablespoon nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon ground fenugreek
• 1 tablespoon ground dry ginger

directions

1. Mix spices well until completely blended. Store in an air tight container, and use as a seasoning or rub for meat or poultry.

I think the fenugreek is why i liked this so much. i heavily coated big chicken breasts & panfried them in my cast iron skillet. soooo goood! Made for NA/ME goes to Lebanon 9/12.
