I made a very easy soup using a can of cream of chicken soup, a soup can of water, frozen peas and carrots, and chopped onion. I used one-half can of biscuits, but will use more next time. I cut the biscuits into quarters, then once the soup mixture came to a boil I added the biscuits pieces. Lowered the heat, put the lid on the pan and let simmer for 15 minutes. Total comfort food!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 -8 cups chicken soup (chicken broth can be substituted)
  • 1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. In chicken soup that is boiling, drop 1 whole container of refrigerator biscuits, one by one into soup. (Cook whole or chop into desired size.
  2. After dropping in soup, let boil under done ,about 10 minutes.
