This recipe is very quick and easy. I got this recipe from my daughter.
- 1 (10 ounce) bagbreaded chicken tenders or 1 (10 ounce) bag breaded chicken nuggets
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot (I use the baby carrots)
- 1 jar sweet and sour sauce
- Minute Rice
- Deep fry the chicken tenders or nuggets follow directions on pkg.
- Add Chicken, Pineapple, carrots, and sweet n' sour sauce in a skillet.
- Heat and serve over rice Yum!
