Nice discovery on a day I had bananas needing a home and great use of pantry items. The batter seemed a little thin, but baked into beautiful muffins. The muffins are delicious, lots of banana flavor and sweet without being cloying. Thank you for sharing the recipe! Made for Fall 2012 Pick A Chef.

I had terrific results even though on checking the recipe before scooping into the muffin papers I realized that I had forgotten the oil. I added it and stirred well to be sure that it was incorporated. Also I used Splenda (a rounded 1/2 cup) in place of the honey or syrup and used a generous 1/2 cup less of flour to make up for the lack of liquid by not using honey/syrup. Even with all of thin I still got yummy tasting muffins with a lovely texture. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic recipe. I used mini chocolate chips & honey. Sweet flavor - like a banana split. Really liked how quick & easy these were to make. yum! Made & reviewed for PAC, Fall 2008

These were very light and so easy to make. I did make one change though.....I used 1 grated carrot in place of the chocolate chips.....someone had eaten them!!!! A keeper for me :)
