  1. Peel and slice apples and sweet potatoes.
  2. In a buttered baking dish, alternate layers of apples and potatoes.
  3. Add the orange juice, lime juice, and ginger.
  4. Dot the surface with butter.
  5. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes.
