Layered Seafood Appetizer

"Got this recipe out of a church cokbook. Made it this New Year's Eve and it dissapered so fast."

• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 56.69 g package cream cheese, softened
• 29.58 ml mayonnaise
• 118.29 ml chopped green onion
• 177.44 ml diced tomatoes
• 453.59 g crab or 453.59 g shrimp (imitation crab may be used)
• 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese
• 118.29 ml seafood cocktail sauce, more if desired

directions

1. In medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise.
2. Evenly spread in bottom of pizza pan or 12 inch round tray.
3. Spread cocktail sauce over cream cheese.
4. Top with crab meat.
5. Sprinkle with onion, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
6. Chill.
7. Serve with assorted crackers or plain tortilla chips.
