    Make each layer smaller than the last on a large platter to really show it off! (The idea is decreasing concentric circles.) Serve with tortilla chips.

    Directions:

      Mix layer 1 and spread evenly on a 14-16 inch platter with slight sides.

      Mix layer 2 and spread to within an inch of layer 1.
    3. 3
      Mix layer 3 and repeat.
    4. 4
      Mix the cheeses and repeat.
    5. 5
      Beat the layer 5 ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth and spread over cheese.

      Sprinkle tomato and green onion all over and serve your masterpiece!
