A beautiful milkshake that takes no time to make :D
- 1 cup milk (low fat works very well)
- 2 chocolate squares (your favourite but without caramel or nuts etc.)
- 1⁄2 banana (optional)
- Through all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until chocolate dissolves.
- Leave to separate for a few minutes.
