This is delicious! I reduced the recipe down for two and used 1 chicken breast and a whole can of red kidney beans, as I'm not sure what black beans are. I also mixed the salsa in with the sour cream instead of serving it on the side and it was great. 30 minutes cooking time was perfect. Thanks, we really enjoyed this!

This has become a family favorite. We all love it. The only changes I make is I cut back on the sour cream and throw the salsa in with the chicken mixture. Very yummy. Thanks for posting! Amy

I have to say that this was great. My DH ate almost a 3rd of the casserol in one sitting. DD wouldn't eat it, but that is typical for a 3 yr old. I really enjoyed it. I made it the night before and reheated it the next day. It reheats well. Thanks for the great recipe, DH couldn't believe it;s low fat.

We really thought this was good. I cut it down to serve six and put only one cup of the sour cream.I will be making this again, however; I think the next time i make this i will use leftover chicken that is already seasoned, the boiled chicken made the dish just a tad bland even with all the spices(it wasnt bad, just missing something for me). thank you for sharing a yummy recipe.

I halved this and got 6 big servings. Need to write some notes here. Used 5% creme fraiche, made and used refried beans, only piut a bit of cheese on top, used all the salsa. Really spicy but great, will certainly make again. Might cut or shred the chicken more finely next time and I used dark turkey as it was what I had.

Don't know what was wrong with me today, TRUE! Saw salsa, threw it INTO mixture too! Saw chilli, put two tablespoons crushed! And to be honest, I did not rush! This is GREAT for entertaining! When it's sunny or if it's raining! Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE this recipe! I use only 2 cups of sour crean and add the salsa in with the bean mixture. I have also added chopped green/red peppers and a can of rotel hot tomatos. This gives it more moisture but still has a firm texture like a lasagne. YUMMY!!

Recipe needs more moisture and seasoning. Not recommended, even for a weight watchers recipe.
