I cook often for my elderly parents and made this for their dinner. Both thought this was just delicious! I used Italian style meatballs, and corn bread stuffing mix, and since neither are big fans of peas or corn used fresh green beans. I also sprinkled french fried onions over the the stuffing before baking. Just great! A very easy week night meal. Thanks CB! I know I will be making this dish again! Made for Every Day is a Holiday.

This dish was just okay for us. The ease of preparation was nice however, the recipe itself left something to be desired. I made directly as stated..the dish was just sort of bland. Im not sure if that had something to do with the brand of frozen meatballs I used or not. If I make it again I may try to spice it up or maybe use a different brand of meatballs. Or maybe even add in some sour cream to the soup mixture to give it a little bit more of a tang. Im just not sure.
