  1. Really good! It's super-creamy without being loaded with calories, and I made it even healthier by using light mayo and replacing the cheddar with a smaller amount of parmesan. I might end up using saltines instead of Ritz crackers next time, and skipping the water chestnuts (they tasted out of place). Thanks for sharing!

  2. Loved it! Added some bacon, and didn't have cheddar so used a mix of blue cheese, parmesean and havarti (sounds odd but it worked). Thanks for posting Grandmals

  3. This was great, even the kids loved it and it was SO easy. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, I ran out of onions and couldn't find the water chestnuts. Also, I forgot to add the cheese layer so I ended up putting that on top. I can't wait to make it again and try the crumbly crust but it was still really good layered wrong. We will definitely be adding this to the rotation.

  5. Wonderfully easy and yummy. I used fresh broccoli, chopped and steamed. Loved the crunchiness of the water chestnuts. The only think I added was a little salt and pepper. Thanx for posting this; a keeper for sure!
