Layered Casserole

"One of our favorite recipes. We've made it with different kinds of noodles: elbow, egg, shells, and it's always been good. We add more beef, garlic or or cheese depending on how we feel that night. The kids don't even mind the spinach in the mix!"

  1. I pretty much like any recipe with pasta, meat and cheese:) I did add extra onions. I also added oregano and an italian season blend. I didn't layer the ingredients, rather mixed them all together and then placed in the dish (my boyfriend isn't a huge fan of spinach..if I mix it in he never notices) I also used extra cheese, a mix of cheddar, mozzarella and an Italian blend ( I love cheese)
