  1. I made this for my granddaughter who loves pretty things. She likes lotions and anything that smells good. She was excited when I sent this to her in a care package for Valentine's Day. I bought a pretty cobalt blue spray bottle at the health food store where I purchased the lavender essential oil. The only thing I did different was I doubled the lavender to the other ingredients. I wanted it to really put a nice scent to her pillow and sheets. It did. She loves it. Now I am going to make some for myself but I have to go back and buy another blue bottle. Thanks for this lovely recipe. Oh, by the way, I did try in on my pillow before I sent it to her; it smelled sooooo good.

  2. You can use this recipe not only for nighttime, but all the time! I make this with essential lavender oil (sometimes essential lemon verbena oil) and in the summertime place it in the fridge to keep cool. When I come in from working in the garden on hot summer days I use it to spritz my face with for a cool, clean, refreshed feeling. Nice idea to post this recipe Charishma!

  3. Excellent! Camomile is another excellent essential oil (although a more expensive oil). Perfect for small children....but use caution and don't spray too much. Essential oils are more than a scent, there is healing properties in them and children absorb them alot faster than adults.

  4. This helps you sleep when you have a cold. Right now for me, helped me catch some sleep.
