  • In a shaker, combine 2 oz. silver tequila, 1/2 oz. Cointreau, 1 oz. simple syrup and the juice of half a lime and let sit.
  • On a plate, mix the sugar and dried lavender and use it to rim the outside of a rocks glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Shake and strain the contents of the strainer into the glass.
  • Enjoy! ;).

  3. Wow! This was muy fantastico! I did not have any dried lavender but had some lavender sugar that I made previously with some dried lavender and used that! MMMMM! Perfect! Not too sweet. Not too tart! I added a bit of purple food coloring to enhance the pretty purple color! This really hit the spot after a long day and was soooo very pretty!
