Delish! An easy to prepare recipe that tastes lovely. I would never have thought to add lavender blossoms and honey to chicken breasts, but it was delightful. I went a little heavy on the black pepper, but it still tasted great, thank you for sharing your recipe. Posted for SPring 2013 Pic-A-Chef
I love lavender...honey is a wonderful combination with it. The aroma was heavenly. I also added a little heavy cream to the baking dish to give it a sweet juice (mixed also with honey).
Very good a very nice unusual taste. I put a little white wine in the bottom of the pan and covered it for the first half hour then took the lid off and basted. I used dry lavender which I soked in hot water for 15min then strained and added to chicken and honey it seemed to work fine.
