    Grace Fung's Note:

It is creamier than normal latte as it has a lower proportion of water. It gives you both the benefit of protein and calcium from the milk as well as the coffee taste, so is an ideal start to your day. You can use skim milk if you want, but then it would be less creamy.

This latte was very good! I used 2 teaspoons of hot water to dissolve 1 teaspoon of coffee granules. I poured it into a glass and added the cold milk and sugar substitute. I then put a few ice cubes in the glass, so I could drink it right away. It was really good, but I'm thinking next time I will try 2 teaspoons of coffee granules to get a stronger coffee taste. Thanks for sharing!

It's refreshing and tastes wonderful! Thank you for sharing. Its as light as water and I loved it with my Nescafe brand of instant coffee. Will make it again, for sure!
