Tasty warm espresso drink. Good anytime, but especially satisfying on a cold frosty morning.

  1. In a latte cup, stir together honey and remaining ingredients.
  2. I do not have an espresso maker, so I brew strong coffee and heat the milk and honey until frothy in my Mochalatte appliance.
  3. Timing depends on your coffee appliance.

Delicious! I don't usually take sugar/sweetener in my coffee, so naturally I found it a bit sweet... but the honey added a beautiful flavour. Made with my espresso machine, used a double-shot of espresso (which equates to a quarter of a cup anyway). Cinnamon on top.

This is really good! I love honey so I was glad to see this one. It is very simple in flavor which I loved. I don't have a machine either, so I had my favorite bookstore/coffee shop make this for me. I never thought of putting honey and cinnamon in my coffee, but I do have to say that it was very nice.
