A latte recipe for people who don't want to overpower the taste of your espresso with too many additions. Just a hint of honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. You can used warmed cream instead of the steamed milk for a thicker latte. Use as much or little of the milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg as you like to make it your own.

  1. All the ingredients are proportioned to your own tastes.
  2. Line the bottom of your mug with honey, then add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in amounts to your liking.
  3. Add espresso, then fill mug with steamed milk.

Not too many things better than a fragment latte and this one was spot on for taste and aroma both. Made mine using cinnamon and vanilla, made DH using honey and nutmeg both were delightful. Thanks for the post.

Yummy! I can't find decaf espresso(I guess that would defeat the purpose, lol), so I made really strong decaf coffee. All the flavors were great and I much enjoyed the coffee on this cool morning.
