About 8 years ago, My mom and I were both up at 2 in the am, watching the Food Network. This Chef (who isn't on the channel anymore) made the most amazing fish. Needless to say, we made it that night at 3 am!--and still make it today!
- 4 white fish fillets
- caramelized onion
Directions See How It's Made
- Place the fish on a foil wrapped cookie sheet.
- Slather mayonnaise on fish.
- Place sautéed onions on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to cover.
- Broil--I can't give you a time, you just have to watch it until the edges are cooked through, and the bread crumbs look fabulous!
