This is my husband's oldest sister's recipe. I use this but don't cook the noodles first. I put them in dry and just add extra sauce. REALLY is a "Time Saver" and tastes just as good.

  1. Fry sausage with onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix sausage, sauce, and spices.
  4. Cook noodles.
  5. Layer sauce, noodles, cheese, repeat.
  6. Top with sauce.
  7. Bake until bubbly and done.

I liked the cinnamon. Too salty for my taste. Will omit salt if I make it again. Wasn't sure about the baking temp: tried 375 deg., but this seemed a bit too high.
