      I loved these! After I started making them, I found that I had no spinach, so I crumbled some extra-firm tofu into the cheese mixture to give it a little nutritional value. My hubby loved 'em, and my step-father-in-law even said they looked, "frightfully tempting." He abhors tofu (and virtually everything I make), so that's a huge compliment! Thanks for posting!

      Oh these are delish. I have been making a lot of Pamela's recipes and have yet to find a dud. Nice and easy and best yet, I had one for lunch yesterday. So much nicer than a sandwich all the time. Only difference I made was I had 2 spicy sausages in the fridge that needed to be cooked, so took the meat out of the casing, fried it up and added to the sauce. Thanks again for the recipe.

      Great. First I was hesitant to make these, because I thought they would be difficult to make. But it turned out, that these Lasagne Spirals are so easy to make, that it is hard to believe. The filling is made within seconds. The rolling of the slightly undercooked Lasagne is easy and once they are in the oven, you just have to wait for the delicious Pasta. As a pasta sauce I used a "Putanesca" styled one. Next time I will make them on my own to adapt it to my own taste. The spirals have all the different flavours of cheese and you can still taste them. I love spinach and the hint of basil gives it a more mediterranean style. Now I know, what I can do with Lasagne, I will make Spirals. They are far more easier and taste wonderful.
