Lasagna Casserole

Fast and easy. I make it when I have to take a casserole to a potluck.

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 large onion , chopped
• 1 (15 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce , Italian Sausage flavor
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce , lasagna flavor
• ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
• ½ teaspoon oregano
• ½ teaspoon garlic salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1 (10 ½ ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
• 1 (10 ounce) package wide egg noodles , cooked and drained
• 16 ounces pre-shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. heat Cheddar cheese soup and add to noodles. Add sauces and seasonings to meat. In a 9X13 inch pan, put half of the meat mixture, noodle mixture and top with the rest of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese melts.
