This lasagna is so good it is like ART!!

  1. Cook ground beef and onion till juice gone.
  2. Add next 9 ingredients.
  3. Heat till boils.
  4. Stir to break up tomatoes.
  5. Turn down to low and simmer (cover on) 30 minutes. Stir periodically.
  6. Cook lasagna noodles. Drain.
  7. In a small bowl: Mix ricotta and eggs.
  8. In a 13x9 pan layer noodles, egg mixture and meat mixture till gone.
  9. Sprinkle the mozzarrella cheese on top.
  10. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.

This came together fairly quickly. I added some mushrooms that needed using up and chose the cottage cheese. Very nice. :)
