  • Preheat oven to 350°F Butter a 9X13 pan.
  • Microwave butter 90 seconds; add cocoa and stir till mixed.
  • Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and nuts) one at a time, stirring by hand only till blended. Add flour all at once - do not over mix.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Pour into prepared baking pan; bake in preheated oven 28 to 32 minutes or until done. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into center (away from chocolate chip) comes out clean. These brownies are good chilled.
