For breakfast on the go, pre or post work out or to take to sporting events.
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons protein shake mix, berry flavoured
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Throw all the ingredients together in a food processor and lightly blend. You may need to add some water to the mix.
- Line a mini muffin tin with muffin patty liners and spoon the mixture into each.
- Freeze the mix untill solid, should be creamy.
- Snacks should last only a week before they start to taste floury.
