Landlocked Crab Dip

ingredients
- 6 ounces crab claw meat (or which ever you prefer)
- 1⁄4 cup green onion
- 1⁄4 cup celery
- 5 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons fat free sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Finely dice celery and green onion.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Chill until ready to serve (we started eating it right away).

I'm a a native Texan that has recently relocated to the beautiful California coast from Cheyenne, Wyoming. My husband was stationed there for 3 years ago and while we enjoyed our time in Wyoming, it is wonderful to be in a place with culture and diversity again. We are the parents of two very quirky yet very lovable cats, Mateo (6) and Kassie (5). I maintain a vegetarian diet primarily and my husband is a shameless carnivore, so this often calls for a little creativity in the kitchen. Thankfully, I have found so many great recipes on Recipezaar that comply with both of out diets. One of my favorite things to do is invent new meals with unexpected ingredients in my kitchen such as tofu or spinach.
