Lamb Marinade With Garlic and Herbs

"Our local grocery store would use this marinade on leg of lamb or for lamb kebobs. I was most suprised when our friend got this recipe from them. He passed it on to me...so I will pass it on to you!! This does make alot of marinade"

• Ingredients: 10
• Yields: 1 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 500 ml olive oil
• 85 ml red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon rosemary
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon basil

directions

1. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar and spices in a zip lock bag.
2. Add lamb and marinate up to 3 days.
3. Preheat grill and cook lamb until done to preference.
