      This recipe is now one of my regulars. It's so easy to make after work. The flavours are brought out so well by the rosemary and the mustard crust gives it that extra savoury taste. I wish cooking is always this simple. Thanks Kate!

      These were really great, just the right comination of flavours. This is definately a keeper. I served them with some polenta and roasted grape tomatoes.

      I have meant to submit a review for a while. This is my daughters favourite lamb cutlet recipe. We make it regularly. Don't change anything!

      We love the taste of lamb, and this lamb-cutlet recipe is a winner. Halved the number of cutlets, but kept everything else the same - garlic, good mustard and rosemary are ALSO great friends of ours. Thank you.
