This is a great recipe, easy but tasty, I've used it a couple times now. Sesame oil makes a very nice substitute for olive oil too.
Wonderful recipe that will be used again and again. The spice blend is just perfect. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Excellent. I started the marinade in the morning and after enjoying this gem of a recipe for dinner I can only echo the other reviews. Lots of wonderful flavor on tender, moist chops. Served with saffron garlic rice and Fresh Moroccan Salad. We had one terrific dinner :D. Made for NA/ME Tag
We love lamb and this recipe certainly did justice to some deluxe chops. I spread the marinade over 14 small rib chops and let them sit at room temp for a little over two hours. So simple, so delicious. I have posted pics of before and after cooking.
Lovely chops! I marinated the meat for about 6 hours. I was a expecting the mint to dominate but it was very subtle. This will be a keeper! Made on behalf of the Looney Spoon Phoodies - ZWT6
Yum! I let these marinate overnight and loved the wonderful flavors when cooked. I served these with Saffron-Scented Couscous With Pine Nuts and BBQ Meat Loaves for a wonderful meal. Thanks for another winner Dr. Jenny. Made by an Unruly Under the Influence for ZWT6.
These are amazing. They are very well seasoned. I rubbed them and allowed them to stand in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. They were served with Moroccan Salad and Middle Eastern Green Beans and Tomatoes for a wonderful meal. Made for *ZWT6* and the No Nonsense Nibblers.
Golly, gee whiz, you've done it again, Jen. Fantastic recipe! I love lamb chops, but get to have them infrequently, and a good recipe is worth the extra! I left them in the fridge overnight and also grilled them on top of the stove! Beautiful. Thnx for sharing your recipe. Made for a fellow Voracious Vagabond during ZWT 6.
