this dish was very simple and quick to make, and used hardly any ingredients. i did however change the garlic powder to chopped garlic and it worked a treat. i served the lamb korabiak with baby carrots that had been steamed in the oven in foil in plenty of sugar, salt, pepper and mixed herbs and the whole dish was absoloutly delicious, the best iv`e tasted in a long time!

Just so much wonderfulness going on here! I loved this in every aspect, the ease of prep..having everything on hand, to the succulent taste of the chops served with the 'gravy. I followed this exactly, and wouldn't change a thing. Loved this and will make this again.

This was delicious. I used red onions and fresh garlic and used thyme instead of rosemary. Hubby loved it and so did the kids! Thanx!

I really liked this, but it seemed to need something more, so I combined this recipe with the recipe for lamb chops with caramelized onions (12722). So the chops were topped with mushrooms AND onions. It was delicious.

Really liked this a lot! I only had about a 1/2 cup of red wine so I used some pomagranate juice and a touch of sake 'cause to add up to a full cup and it reduced beautifully. Thanks!

We loved this YUMMY Lamb Chop recipe, so easy to make. I used round bone lamb chops, Merlot wine, a little EXTRA rosemary and garlic. Served it with a salad of Baby greens with mango & pecans also Skillet Spinach for a delicious meal. Thank you for posting this delicious recipe.

As far as taste goes, I would easilly give this 5 stars. I am giving it 4 stars however, because I would have liked the cooking time to be a more specific. What I ended up doing was, browning in the skillet for a total of 6 minutes and then finished them off in the oven.

Loved this recipe, I was generous with the garlic and I used Italian spices instead of just rosemary and was quite generous with them too. I used red wine with the mushrooms a good drinkable merlot.

I used fresh garlic. I served the chops with a greek salad and rice and tzatziki sauce. An outstanding meal.
