I reduced this recipe to half as that was how many lamb chops I had. Actually, I had lamb years ago as a child and absolutely hated it. My husband also claimed to have had lamb years ago and that he didn't like it either, but I convinced him that we should give it another try since we've learned since finding 'Zaar that we really do like many foods that we had always thought we didn't when they are prepared using different methods than we've been exposed to in the past. Wow! I'm glad we did! It went over so well that the next time we went to the grocery store, DH was right back at the meat counter and ordered more lamb!!! We'll definitely be including lamb in our future menus. Our son, who had arrived early so we hadn't finished dinner yet, also tried it and was begging for more. This was his 'first' time of ever having lamb and he couldn't figure out what the 'meat' was until we told him. Thank you for sharing a really great recipe Miller!!! We'll definitely be repeating this one!

Wow, yummo. Super easy to make. My husband cut up the lamb into bite size pieces and threw into the pan while I tossed everything else, except the flour, in from the other side! It was ready to eat by the time the veges were. Will make again.
