  1. Combine cream cheese,1/2 cup cheddar, 1 Tsp onion soup mix.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4 in circle.
  3. Place 1 Tbs cheese mixture onto each biscuit.
  4. Fold over to form a semi-circle and press edges with a fork to seal.
  5. In a 10 inch oven proof skillet brown the lamb with remaining onion soup mix.
  6. Drain grease, stir in mushroom soup, eggs and remaining cheese.
  7. Heat till hot and bubbly.
  8. Arrange biscuits on top of mixture.
  9. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 min or till biscuits are brown.
