This is a variant on Ants on a Log. It's nice for a quick snack in the evening to curb your sugar cravings, plus you get some extra protein.
- 2 celery ribs
- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese or 2 tablespoons neufchatel cheese
- 1 -2 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
- Spread cream cheese over celery.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
- Nestle dried cranberries in cream cheese.
