These were absolutely delicious! I plan to use them for a tiramisu recipe, but by themselves they are wonderful. Spongey and springy, but soft..MMmmm. I added a bit of almond extract in place of 1/4 a tsp of vanilla just to enhance the flavor a bit more. I will use this recipe again and again! Thanks for posting :)

Living in an area where I can't purchase lady fingers for my tiramisu,, I found this recipe online to make my own. They turned out great and my kids love them just plain too.

This was an easy recipe to follow. The cookies came out really well and tasted great. I will make this recipe again; however I will use a berry flavor or almond so that I can have them with tea.
