So easy and so good!
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana, peeled
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 6 slices frozen peaches
- 1 ounce vanilla whey protein powder (I use Jay Robb brand)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Lacy, Thank You! This is delicious. I used Jillian Michael's vanilla whey, 1 scoop and it was sooooo good! Next time I think I'll try 1/2 of a banana as it masked the other fruits (it was a large banana). This serving is huge. Measured 32 oz after blending.
This is similar to the smoothie I make almost everyday! Adding the peaches is great. I used nutritional yeast in place of the protein powder. Thank you Lacy!
I didn't use the peaches, but it was an excellent smoothie!
