I really wanted to like this recipe because it looks so easy and I like cabbage. The cabbage wasn't done after 10 minutes and it was getting dried out. I added some chicken stock and turned the heat up a little. It was done around 25 minutes later. There wasn't too much flavor in the cabbage afterwards. I just threw what was left into a pot of soup, which turned out good. I'm so sorry. Made and Reviewed for PAC Fall 2008. Thanks :)

I am a teen cook, and not exactly the best one out there! I've burnt water on numerous occassions, so I don't make the hardest recipes.;) I'll be traveling to Quebec this coming year...I can't wait to try the cusine!
