I *love* La Bou's dill dressing - it is so good with a baguette or on a salad! Note: if you don't have fresh dill, you can use 1 tsp dried in place of 1 tbsp fresh.
- 1 teaspoon hidden valley buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (more or less to taste)
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup water, to thin
- Whisk ingredients until creamy and refrigerate.
Made this for Spring PAC 2013 and I'm glad I did. I didn't add all the water because we wanted it to use as a dip with vegetables...turned out great! Thank you for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2013.
Great ranch dip - love the extra dill! I used Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix without the buttermilk powder and just added a little sour cream to get that tangy taste. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2013
