- Slice bread into 16 thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in 400 F oven until crispy.
- Spread crème onto toast points, add a small piece of smoked salmon, drizzle with honey and garnish with a sprig of dill.
Nice!! Instead of the creme fraiche, I used a mixture of sour cream and cream cheese which worked very well. Loved the hint of sweet from the honey and of course you can't beat dill and salmon together! Toasting the baguette is a great idea!

very easy, tasty and quick to make. I made some with wheat free baguette which turned out just as delicious. The drizzled honey really makes it. (although DH is convinced it's the creme fraiche!) Thanks for a great recipe MarraMamba. Reviewed for Photo Tag Winter 2007
